Thai chicken & peanut curry with coconut & pineapple rice 
Marinated eye fillet steak with a pinenut risotto & red wine and raspberry jus 
Pan-fried Terakihi (fish) with lemon capers and sweet chilli sauce and herb couscous

Sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce
